What are the government fees involved?
The only government fee is a $230 processing charge, paid directly to IRCC.

Is there a guarantee that the new employee will work out?
Yes. Every hire includes a 90-day trial period. If a candidate isn’t the right fit, we’ll provide a replacement at no additional recruitment cost.

Can we interview candidates before hiring them?
Absolutely. We arrange virtual and in-person interviews so you can meet and evaluate each candidate before making a decision.

How long does the hiring process take?
In most cases, the process takes between 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the worker’s current location and immigration status.

Will the worker speak English and/or French?
Yes. All candidates are tested for language proficiency plus you’ll be able to assess their communication skills directly during your interview.

Do we need to provide housing or flights for the worker?
No. Housing and travel arrangements are the responsibility of the worker.
